For
the aged devotees who are not in a position to live with their children
working at far off places, abroad etc.;
-
For
the retired and other devotees who would like to spend their old age
peacefully in the presence, Darshan, Sparshan and Sambashan of Swami and
wish to engage in spiritual Sadhana; and
-
For
the lonely elders who have nobody to depend on; etc.
The
Home is open ONLY for Sai Devotee brothers and sisters. There is no lower
or upper age restriction for admission. The location of the Home is just behind
and close to the western gate of the Ashram.
Each unit of the Home will have 350 sft. (Approx.)
consisting of one spacious room (with wardrobe, fan, phone), Kitchen and
Bath-cum-Toilet (western type). The Home will have three separate wings:

For Elder brothers;

For Elder sisters and
-
For Elderly couples.
The
Home will have the following amenities:
Boarding, Lodging and catering
services, Medical facilities with Nursing Care and periodical Medical check up,
Vehicle for taking the inmates for Swami's Darshan, Well equipped Library,
Meditation and Prayer Hall, Guest House for visitors, Hot water, TV
and Phone to individual units, Indoor Games and indoor light exercise
facilities, Activities like gardening, walking, Sat sang, STD/ISD/Fax/Internet
services etc., and above all With the LOVING CARE.
RATE
PER UNIT/FLAT: Rs.4.00 Lakh (US $ 9000) on Ownership terms.
In case the
inmates do not need the units on ownership basis, they may take the unit on a
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT OF Rs. 3.00 Lakh (US $ 7000)only.
THE
UNIT CAN BE SURRENDERED BACK WHEN NOT REQUIRED.
The
Inmates would be required to contribute for their day to day boarding and other
facilities and amenities on a shared basis.
